Terms of Sale

Quotes and pricing. Prices shown on this site are starting prices for the piece as described, in the timber and cloth named. A firm price is given when your specification is agreed. Quotes are held for 30 days.

Payment. Orders are placed and paid by card over the phone. Payment is taken in full at the time of order, which is what releases the piece to the bench. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Your order. Your order confirmation records the specification, the price and the lead time. It is the description we build to.

Title and risk. Title passes on delivery. Risk passes when the piece is placed in your home by our delivery crew.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
