Returns & Cancellations

Cancelling. A commission can be cancelled in full within 48 hours of the order being placed. After that the timber is cut and the cloth is committed, so cancellation is not possible.

If something is wrong. Tell us within 14 days of delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what was specified on your order, we collect it and repair or rebuild it at our cost.

Change of mind. Because every piece is built to an individual specification, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We would rather spend the time on the call getting the specification right than have you take delivery of something that is not what you wanted.

Guarantee. Frames and joinery are guaranteed for the life of the piece against defects in materials or workmanship, to the original purchaser.
