What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address, together with the details of the piece you have commissioned.

Card details. Card details are captured by our payment provider and are not stored on this website. We can see only the last four digits and the card type, on the order record.

What we use it for. Building and delivering your order, scheduling delivery, and dealing with any later question about the piece. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it other than with the delivery crew and our payment provider.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept for seven years for tax and guarantee purposes.
